84 University Place is a six-unit luxury multi-dwelling building in the heart of New York City, where each floor serves as its own private residence. The building features a private rooftop penthouse and a shared rooftop terrace — both fully integrated into the building's technology ecosystem.

Each resident can unlock only the specific access points for their guest's path: the entry gate, lobby door, and their floor's elevator exclusively — implemented through the Brivo and Control4 integration.
