Commercial questions
Do you work with houses of worship?
Yes — it is one of our specialties. We design professional audio that reaches every seat, architectural lighting, multi-camera live streaming, assistive listening and, increasingly, layered security: cameras, access control, visitor management and lockdown procedures. We understand the operational and security needs of synagogues and other congregations in the New York area.
Can you integrate with our existing building systems?
Usually. We assess what is in place (intercom, access control, BMS, phone system, network) and design around it, replacing only what is actually at end of life. Open platforms like Brivo, 2N and Control4 make integration straightforward.
Do you provide ongoing management for commercial clients?
Yes. Service agreements cover remote monitoring of networks, cameras and access control, user and credential management, firmware updates and priority on-site response, with reporting for building management.
Are you licensed and insured for commercial work in New York?
Yes. JE Technology is a licensed low-voltage contractor carrying general liability and workers' compensation insurance, and we provide certificates of insurance to building management and GCs as required.
